University of Hawaiçi School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology: Map Tracking Høküleça's Position Daily:. The track is from fixes from a GPS unit on the escort boat or an ARGOS transponder on the canoe.

"An Odyssey in Voyaging": This Hawaii State Department of Education e-school course for the 9th-12th grades will allow students to follow Høküleça's Voyage to Rapa Nui as well as engage them in other scientific and cultural projects. .

"Let's Go Voyaging": Voyaging and Ocean Environment Curriculum for grades 4-6, developed by Moanalua Garden Foundation and the Hawaii State Department of Education.

"Wayfinders: a Pacific Odyssey": a PBS website in conjunction with an hour-long film by Gail Evenari on the history of Polynesian Voyaging and the 1995 voyage of Hokule'a and Hawai'iloa to the Marquesas Islands. (You may order the film from this website.) .

Radio

KINE 105.1 FM: Navigators on board Hokule'a will present "Na Hoku Ho'okele / 'The Navigation Stars'"about the night sky and wayfinding. The broadcast will take in once a week in the evening after sunset on the voyage to Rapa Nui (September-October, 1999). On the Voyage Home (Tahiti to Hawai'i, January 2000), the broadcasts will take place in the early morning before dawn as well as in the evening after sunset.
